On February 26, 2020 at approximately 1:00 p.m., Officers of the Redding Police Department, Agents from the Shasta Interagency Narcotics Task Force (SINTF), and Shasta County Probation Officers executed a search warrant in the 15000 block of McComb Hill Road in Old Shasta, CA.  The search warrant was obtained after learning the residents of this trailer have been suspected of stealing mail and checks throughout Shasta County and the city of Redding.

Hunter Smith, 32 years of age of Shasta, Jordan Trujillo, 30 years of Shasta, Rafial Simon, 36 years of Redding, and his wife Charisse Simon, 37 years of Redding, were located inside the trailer.  All were detained while the warrant and subsequent search was conducted.
