Hit and Run Traffic Collision in South Redding

On  May 2nd, 2020 at approximately 10:37 P.M., Officers from the Redding Police Department responded to the area of S/R 273 at Westwood Avenue for the report of a vehicle vs. pedestrian hit and run traffic collision. The Redding Police Department Traffic Unit responded to investigate the collision. Traffic officers obtained evidence indicating the responsible vehicle is a late model minivan. The possible models are a gold Dodge Caravan, gold Chrysler Town and Country or a gold Plymouth Voyager model 1996-2002. Traffic officers also obtained video footage of a possible vehicle involved. The vehicle has damage to the driver’s side front bumper. (See attached photo)
